Connect your Project with Slack

Guide on how to connect your EnhanceDocs project with one of your Slack channels

EnhanceDocs is most powerful when you connect it your projects with your team's preferred tools, and Slack is a good example of that.

In this guide we will walk you trough step by step how you can connect EnhanceDocs with one of your Slack channels.

Getting started

1. Sign in to your EnhanceDocs account and open the Project you want to connect with Slack. Click the integrations tab to see our integrations.

2. You can now see our Slack Integration. Click on it to connect it.

3. You'll be asked to sign in to Slack, and give EnhanceDocs permission to access your account. If you've already connected a Slack account, you can skip this step.

4. Now it's time to choose where you want EnhanceDocs to answer to your team's questions and yours, Click the dropdown menu and browse for your Slack channel.

In the example we have choose #enhancedocs-faq. Now click Save.


That's it! Now you can tag @EnhanceDocs on your Slack channel and it will engage on conversation with you or your team members answering questions regarding your EnhanceDocs Project sources.
